This perennial herb prefers full sun and has a mild anise seed flavour. The leaves are used to flavour dressing and fish and poultry dishes. Sowing instructions: Plant seeds 0.5 inches deep outdoors in late May-June. Sow in rows 12 inches apart. Plants grow to a height of 36 inches.
